I decided to challenge myself this week by eating no meat. I admit cheating once and having a tiny bit of salmon. That prompted me to allow seafood due to my Pre-Birthday event on Saturday. Japanese-Mexican fusion food! MY BODY IS READY!
That being said, I feel less sluggish and a bit mor energetic. I haven’t needed coffee in the evening either, so that is good.
If only I could get me sleep schedule regulated. Summer classes begin in a month and I would like to NOT feel like warmed up DEATH in the morning. Also, I can work out again! I can’t wait to hit the sauna at school! MY BODY IS READY FOR THAT TOO!
