No meat week
I decided to challenge myself this week by eating no meat. I admit cheating once and having a tiny bit of salmon. That prompted me to allow seafood due to my Pre-Birthday event on Saturday. Japanese-Mexican fusion food! MY BODY IS READY!
That being said, I feel less sluggish and a bit mor energetic. I haven’t needed coffee in the evening either, so that is good.
If only I could get me sleep schedule regulated. Summer classes begin in a month and I would like to NOT feel like warmed up DEATH in the morning. Also, I can work out again! I can’t wait to hit the sauna at school! MY BODY IS READY FOR THAT TOO!
Remember how it first felt when you started losing weight? When the number on the scale got smaller and smaller, when your clothes got bigger and bigger, when your confidence level went higher and higher. Don’t let that feeling get taken away from you.
